We’ve worked extremely hard to ensure your ROKHZ are durable and capable of withstanding normal wear and tear.

Nevertheless, we are not perfect, and we appreciate that accidents do happen.

In the event something happens to either your crystals or copper within the first six (6) months of purchase (subject to proof of purchase), ROKHZ offers a complimentary repair service, whereby ROKHZ will repair and/or replace with no charge to the customer.

Please contact repairs@rokhz.com with your proof of purchase, and we will advise you of the next steps to take.

In the event that something happens to your copper or crystals, and it’s been more than six (6) months from the date of purchase, please contact repairs@rokhz.com with proof of purchase, photographs of your sandals and any damage, and a brief explanation.

A member of the ROKHZ repairs team will assess your email and respond to our proposal within 5 business days. Where possible and subject to availability, ROKHZ will replace broken or lost crystals free of charge. The customer may, however, be responsible for any shipping, delivery, and duties or taxes payable as a result of the repairs or their return.
