ROKHZ joins two words: ROK and HZ. ROK is rock, meaning the Earth itself. It is the rock of Mount Lycabettus where ROKHZ began, and the crystals and copper in every pair, all mined from the Earth. HZ is hertz, the unit of frequency, because the human body, the Earth, crystals and copper all carry a frequency. Together, ROKHZ stands for connection to the Earth, measured in frequency.

Yes. ROKHZ grounding shoes run true to size in EU 36 to 42. If you are a half size, order the next size up; for the 11:11 Grounded Goddess, order a size up if you have long toes. See our size guide for foot length in centimetres, or email customerservice@rokhz.com for advice.

Yes. The elastic detail in the straps lets ROKHZ grounding shoes fit slim, normal and wide feet comfortably.

Yes. ROKHZ are grounding shoes for walking, made to take you from the morning walk to dancing the night away. Many ROKHZSTARs pack a single pair for a whole trip.

ROKHZ ships with DHL Express, tracked, within 1–2 working days. Delivery is €13 to the EU, £12 to the UK, 20 CHF to Switzerland, $25 USD to the USA, 30 SGD to Singapore, 85 AED to the United Arab Emirates and €20 to the rest of the world. Delivery takes 2–4 days to the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the USA, or 3–5 days to Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the world. Duties are paid by ROKHZ, so there is nothing more to pay on arrival.

Yes. Returns are free within 14 days of delivery, so try your grounding shoes at home, on carpet, and decide. Every pair is also covered by a 6-month warranty: ROKHZ will repair or replace the shoe, the copper and the crystal at no charge for manufacturing faults.
