The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website (“rokhz.com”). The products purchased on rokhz.com are sold directly by ROKHZ P.C. (the “Site”), with a registered office in Greece, Doras Distria 17-19, Athens 10676, business register number, tax code and VAT number EL801788650. 1. OUR BUSINESS POLICY

• The Site offers products for sale on rokhz.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. “customers”. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.
• “Customer” means any individual who is acting for purposes outside of his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a “customer”, please do not buy any products on rokhz.com.
• The Site reserves the right not to accept orders received from users who are not “customers”.
• These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on rokhz.com.

2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AND OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

• To place an order for one or more products on rokhz.com, you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.
• Before proceeding to purchase, we ask that you carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Return Policy.
• On the order confirmation page, which appears just before the completion of your order, and which contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, we will provide you with a summary of each product ordered, the price (including all applicable taxes, duties and fees), and the cost of shipping (including any additional fees you may be charged if you choose shipping that is faster than and/or different to standard shipping).
• When you proceed to purchase, you will be required to pay the price indicated therein. Before order completion, you will be asked to identify and correct any possible input errors.
• The order will be entered in our database for the time required to process your order and as stated by law. You may access your order under  “Track Your Order” within your account.  
• English is the language used for finalising the contract with the Site.
• After your order has been placed, the Site will process your order and send you an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order by the Site nor does a contract between you and the Site exist at this point in time.  The Site’s acceptance of your order will take place when the Site emails you to confirm that the order has been dispatched, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and the Site. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt and contains the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, a summary of the Return Policy, and all relevant information relating to your order.   
• If the Site is unable to accept your order for any reason (including any of the reasons described in section 2.9 or if a product is out of stock), the Site will inform you of this.
• The Site is also entitled to cancel your order, even after accepting it, in the following circumstances: the Site has identified an obvious and unmistakable error in the price or description of the product; the Site suspects illegal or fraudulent activity; the Vendor reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address; or you have not complied with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If so, the Site will notify you as soon as possible of such cancellation and require you to return the products if they have already been delivered to you.
• By placing an order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with the Site. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not complete your purchase on rokhz.com.
• By placing an order, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further conditions contained on rokhz.com, including those accessed via links, and including the General Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and the Return Policy. 

3. GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION

• The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on rokhz.com. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on rokhz.com may not correspond exactly to the products due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
• From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. 
• Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of a recognisable error in the indication – by the Site – of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment, the Site will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product(s) at the correct price. 
• Without prejudice to the application of the mandatory consumer protection provisions, all products sold by the Site are covered by a six (6) month guarantee for lack of conformity. You shall inform the Site of the existence of any such lack of conformity within a period of one (1) month from the day when you detected the lack of conformity. Please contact customercare@rokhz.com. In the case of lack of conformity, you may choose between a repair or a replacement of the product. If these remedies are impossible or disproportionate you are entitled to either require the Vendor to make an appropriate reduction in the price or to terminate the contract. 

4. PAYMENT

• Payment of the price of the products and the costs of their shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods indicated on the payment page. Under no circumstances will you be charged more than the cost incurred by the Site relative to the payment method chosen by you. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, Apple Pay and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time.
• In the case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the banks which provide remote electronic payment services to the Site, without third parties having any access whatsoever thereto. These details will not be used by the Site except for carrying out procedures relevant to your purchase, or issuing refunds in the case of returns, subsequent to the exercise of your right to return, or for reporting cases of fraud on rokhz.com to the police or other authorities. The purchase price of the products and the costs for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.
• Regardless of your shopping destination and the currency you shop in, your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. ROKHZ is not responsible for any such fee or charge.
• You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your ROKHZ account, if you are a registered user, or back to the original payment method. Your store credit refund will be visible in your account within fourteen (14) days from issuing it and the credit will be automatically used on your next purchase. You will be required to pay any eventual balance with another payment method of your choice, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, Apple Pay and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Please note, store credit is not transferrable and will be automatically reissued in your account if you request a refund for an order paid with it. 

5. PROMOTIONAL CODES

• Promotional codes allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on rokhz.com.  
• The promotional code box is displayed on the payment page at checkout: after you have added items to your Shopping Bag, enter your promo code and then press the “submit” button for the discount to be applied.
• Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• If for any reason you wish to return an item to which you applied the promotional code, you should follow the standard return procedure, as described in the Return Policy. Once your return has been accepted, the respective code can be used again if it hasn’t expired. The difference in price between the promotional code and the item you purchased will be reimbursed, according to the time frame of the applicable refund procedure.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• In the event of a dispute between the Site and you arising from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (including the Returns Policy), you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.  
• Please note that the European Commission also provides a platform for alternative out-of-court resolution of disputes, available on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ROKHZ P.C is the operator of www.rokhz.com.

All materials on our website and URLs (rokhz.com/ rokhz.gr/ rokhz.eu), and the Site itself, are protected by copyrights, designs, trademarks and/or all other intellectual property rights and materials.

These materials are owned by ROKHZ P.C. Such materials include, but are not limited to, the photographs, images, illustrations, text, video clips, audio clips, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials contained in this site, as well as the software used in the design and development of this site. All rights are reserved, worldwide.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, copying, editing, transmitting, uploading or incorporating into any other materials, any of the Website including without limitation, any images in any format of the products and their descriptions and other material made available on the website; and
• Removing, modifying, altering or using any registered or unregistered marks/logos/design owned by ROKHZ P.C, and doing anything which may be seen to take unfair advantage of the reputation and goodwill of ROKHZ P.C or could be considered an infringement of any of the rights in the intellectual property rights owned by and/or licensed to ROKHZ P.C.

12.  AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

12.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (including the Returns Policy) may be amended from time to time. Any changes are effective as of the date of publication on rokhz.com and will apply to any new orders you place following the date of publication.
