In desperate search for way to alleviate chronic pain following a traumatic knee injury, I discovered that grounding barefoot on exposed quartz bedrock near my home on Mount Lycabettus in Athens, brought unexpected relief.
The more I connected with the Earth, the more my pain and inflammation eased. This simple daily ritual transformed not only my physical health, it also helped me find balance and inner peace.
Inspired by this life-changing experience, I felt driven to share it with others so that you, too, could access the Earth’s healing energy wherever you tread.
That’s how ROKHZ was born from a deep desire to blend the magic of nature with artisanal craftsmanship.
It’s my way of offering you a journey toward deeper connection, wellness, and renewal with every step.
